This course explores the thinking and thought processes common in our everyday lives. Presented in a positive manner, this course uses evidenced-based curriculum. The instructor will facilitate the opportunity to reflect on and challenge the thinking and behaviors that may have negatively impacted the lives of course participants and those around them.

Participants will be provided with tools and information to examine their thoughts, beliefs, and lifestyle choices that may have kept them stuck in an unhealthy and unsatisfying lifestyle pattern.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to make better decisions, understand the process of behavior change, and identify areas of self-improvement.

  • Those who have been ordered by a Texas court to take the course for minor drug charges.
  • Those who are required to fulfill a behavior modification course requirement resulting from a civil citation or as a part of a diversion or intervention program.
  • Those who have a desire to learn how to improve their perceptions and thinking.
