Participants will be provided with tools and information to examine their thoughts, beliefs, and lifestyle choices that may have kept them stuck in an unhealthy and unsatisfying lifestyle pattern.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to make better decisions, understand the process of behavior change, and identify areas of self-improvement.
